An illustrator and card creator depicting a whimsical world inhabited by hybrid characters of cats and other creatures. Through symbols and imagery, her work explores intuitive storytelling and the possibilities of card reading.

Born in Japan, she moved to New York City in 1995. She graduated from Hunter College (CUNY) with a BA in Studio Art and Psychology in 2003, and studied photography under Roy DeCarava. After working as a photographer and receiving multiple awards, she expanded her practice into illustration and card creation.

​

Her oracle and tarot card works, including mermaid cat-themed decks, have been published and shared with users worldwide. She returned to Japan in 2020, where she continues her creative practice.​
